How to work with the Network in 2024
Welcome to the first inaugural newsletter for the NMN!
This year has been incredible.
What we’ve started creating together is something that I hope will outlive me.
And we are building so many incredible things for the coming year that we’re going to need a better way to talk about it.
Thus, a newsletter.
Since it’s still mostly me running this whole shindig, anything more than weekly is unlikely to happen, and even weekly is a little bit of pressure for my inconsistent neurodivergent self.
Still, my word for 2024 is structure. This year, I built the foundation. Next year, we’re reaching for the stars.
With Substack’s video updates making masterclasses even more accessible, it frees up extra room to build in new features and more opportunities to build this community.
In my wildest dreams, I never would have imagined how much this past year would change me.
Because y’all. I am a terrible content creator. 🤷🏽♀️ When it comes to my own stuff, I struggle with deadlines, indecision, and a whole lot of imposter syndrome. This is STILL true.
But when it’s a conversation with YOU, well, then it’s not a problem.
The NMN produced over 100 episodes in 2023.
Over 100 hours of some of the most deeply meaningful conversations I have ever had. And the people! The relationships I’ve been able to build while having these conversations has been incredible—you will never be able to get rid of me.
2024 is already shaping up to be even more fabulous.

Plus, a bunch of new resources featuring YOU. We’re going to be talking about everything from diagnosis, to parenting, to lifestyle design.
And all of it will be distributed, decentralized media.

That’s because in just 90 minutes every other week, we create a piece of pillar content that you can break up into dozens of pieces of micro-content. At the end, you'll be able to package up all of your masterclass episodes into a one-off course, or even a book. All of the material is yours and belongs to you. You can edit me out entirely if you want to, and offer this on your website independently of me. The point is to build an asset that will work for you for years to come.

First, you and I take a look at the content you are already creating (or not) and figure out how a masterclass will work best in your ecosystem. (Payment plans are available.)
Together, we build something that showcases the very best of your teaching, distilled into roughly 4-10 episodes, of about 60 minutes each.
Then, we decide on format, cohosts, and get you on the calendar.
(Want to do it all in person, over the weekend? We can talk about that, too.)
Once we record, we take all that goodness, run it through all our fabulous tools, and a day or so later, you get your content package.
We’ve got snippets and quotables a plenty. We’ve got summaries and transcripts galore. You want short-form videos? I got at least twenty.
And don’t worry. No big deal. There’s lots more.
You can also have us do all the uploading and scheduling FOR YOU. Quarterly plans available.
This work isn’t just about creating your content.
It’s about reshaping your entire relationship with work.
Remember, mastery takes time.
And it’s okay if you need to reschedule. Or if we spend our entire recording block diving down a related, but tangential rabbit hole that we don’t record. Because mastery is never urgent.
